Hello All, Just wanted to post some success, since joining spark people 2 weeks ago, have lost 10lbs!!I have continued my insanity workout every morning and drank plenty of water. I use the sparkpeople app on my phone to track my food and have had great success. Have even eaten out 3 times and still managed to eat healthy and make good decisions. I love this board and hope to continue the success. I understand that i may slow down a little with numbers, but am still shooting for minimum of 2 lbs a week.
