I'm still around. :) The same thing happened to me as to you---I started to backslide really badly. But I'm back now and I'm ready to go at it again. This time, for really hopefully. I've got some great support and if you ever need some, let me know.

Hi Matt, Yep, someone is still here. Fighting the weight battle slowly, but surely. Seems like at this age it doesn't come off at quickly as I would like! I've tried the get into shape bootcamp challenge and it made me realize how much strength training I have been missing. Good luck at keeping at it. Monica

Just curious...We have been at it just over 6 months. I made some progress right off the bat, but slid the wrong way after that, I even broke the 200 barrier for a couple of weeks. Now I am back at it and struggling to find that fire and determination I had when I first started.
