There are too many wonderful features in the SP program, to pick just one. I love the food tracking & the blogging. Having done WW & trying to keep track of all the food & writing it down was a pain in the butt. I'm on my laptop constantly, so tracking my food & knowing the nutrition info is so helpful. I am a people person & a big believer in support groups, so blogging provides SO much support & yet you can remain anonymous...Take care...

I like so much about this website... the food tracker, the sparkpoints, the exercise builder. I think I like the streak tracking the most. Tonight it made me go have two more glasses of water to keep my streak going.

I really like the food tracker. Once you get the hang of it, it is a real simple tool to use, and I would never bother to do it with pen and paper. Saving foods to my favorites is great. The recipe builder looks good also, I plan on entering some of my meals into tonight.

I totally agree CouponingKat! For anyone wanting a nice guide to the tools and features just go to My Trackers-my SparkPoints and start chipping away at the list. Some really fun ones in there like making a motivational collage and daily Trivia.

My favorite feature is the "points tracker!" I like to set a goal to earn a certain number of points each day, and it is very rewarding when you reach your goal. Trying to earn points is a GREAT way to learn how to navigate the site and explore all the wonderful tools and resources! emoticon

After exploring SparkPeople features and resources what is one of your favorite aspects of the site? Please share with the team what you have found so they can explore, appreciate, and utilize the feature too!

One of my favorite resources is the Mileage Tracker under my Fitness on it you can click Map Route and find maps to outline your walking/biking/running routes and see how far you went and appx how many calories you burned. A very useful tool that helps you see exactly how hard you worked!
