So this is probably a dead thread.... but what the hey...
Today in my quest to remotivate myself I did a 3 mile walk with a dvd..
I surely do feel a lot more energized ... what do you know!
If I am a really good person I will follow up with some strength training exercise.. maybe...
This will be almost like having a private journal, since I don't think anyone on this team comes here anymore... well maybe to do the huddle... most times every thing looks the same..
