Label Reading! I am doing really well on my tracker, and I'm being more mindful about reading the labels on things. I was really craving a waffle, so rather than my normal "grab the generic buttermilk frozen waffles" I ended up going with the more expensive Eggo Whole Grain Low Fat. Then I bought some Mrs. Butterworth's light syrup. Also more than double the cost of what I would normally spend (Oh well, I'm worth it
), I wouldn't want to eat them everyday, but I cut over 100 cals and a handful of fat grams by being mindful about the brand I chose and measuring my syrup (only used 1/2 serving).
