Good job-it helps to put it down in writing and look back over the job. Keep up the good work.

WHAT HAVE I LEARNED?
I am a lot stronger person than I ever thought!
I have the ability to stick with something for 9 months, regardless of the circumstances I am thrown into. I may not SPARK perfectly, but I have been faithful to check in every day and at least spin the points wheel.
I LIKE WATER!
I LIKE APPLES(especially granny smith!)
Taking things slowly is better than rushing and burning out.
It's more than about the number on the scale.
I like me, even where I am right now in my journey. God is with me. There is no failure, only feedback...

I'm starting this topic to look over my past nine months of Sparking. What have I learned? Where am I going now? Have my expectations changed?
I am in this for the long haul. My life is changing daily. But isn't that life...? The only constant in this life IS change! It's how I react to it and live it that matters...
It's been a good journey. Sparking has change my life forever. I am grateful!
