Some days yes, especially if I've really fatigued myself, other days I'm hungry all day. It works though, then I just cycle high and low end days.
Do you find that theharder you work physically, the less you feel like eating?
I still have food on my planned list which just takes me to the bottom end of my calorie limit and I will go and eat it, but I have been active all day and do not feel that hungry.
