Just hang in there, don't get discouraged and try to stay with the plan. If you just started exercising you may be adding some muscle which will help you lose in the long run.
After a week and a half of meeting the calorie guidelines I am feeling hungry in the morning when I wake up and right before meal times, but the vast majority of the time it is enough to keep me satisfied.

Okay I knew it wasn't going to be easy to lose - but I definitely didn't think I'd gain!! I'm eating within my calorie range and exercising on schedule... ugh. Do I have to be starving all day in order to actually lose?
