I think you can do it! And I would imagine it'd be easier in Kenya? But I've never been so I could be very wrong.

I have been away from work since Thursday at 5pm and am just about chilled. This is the best day I have had in ages, foodwise, but I am off to Kenya tomorrow for 10 days and can't promise how things will go. I must get back into the swing of food management from Monday 24th October, else nothing will fit.

Every day I look at my own worst enemy in the mirror. Some day we will be friends. My ticker is lbs not kilos

Decision time.
I am on holiday after tomorrow till 23/10/11.
I Will track when I get back.
Till then I will ry not to be silly, but my frame of mind is wrong this week.

You're in the right place. We all have those days whether we admit it in public or not. Get back up on that horse and ride with us. Has your nutrition tracker been giving you any feedback about not eating enough of something? My nutrition tracker had a few pointers about my coming in too low on the fats. When I added more quality olive oil and brought up the numbers, I was surprised that it really did make a difference.

It's not going to be easy.
