Alluvion if you are not using the fitness tracker please do so .The tracker keeps track of calories so you know what you are burning as to what you are eating. WELCOME to YOUR new lifestyle

I'm really glad that I signed up for a daily exercise class that started this week, when I joined SparkPeople. I am shocked at the difference between the shape I assumed I was in, and the shape I'm actually in! After three days of diet + exercise (and no candy!!) I feel much better. Still surprised at my shape, but I guess it took a while to get this way and it will take a while to return.

I will have core strength!
