I'm not a slave to my scales. So when I do not see a change on them, I ask myself some questions. Have I followed my Spark program correctly and completely? yep Water? yep Soda? nope Exercise? yep (and then some).
So check it out! I have lost 10.9 inches over all! It would be 12.9, but my calves and upper arms increased. Proof that my workouts are, well, WORKING!!! WooHoo a million times!
I have decided to weigh-in once a month because I do not appreciate any negativity, not even from my bathroom scales.
I'm on day 18 of my health streak! I feel Great and people are noticing a change in me already! Great!
