Read the book and do the exercises in the bonus material and you will not be so concerned about numbers on the scale, but be more focused on the fact that you are getting healthy and fit. You will be happier and others will begin to notice and complement you~~

I've noticed a huge difference in my attitude. Today has been a bit rough, but on the whole I feel like I've made some amazing progress simply towards my attitude to food. I've realized that I'm very much an emotional eater and I'm now having to deal with a lot more emotions that I would ordinarily. But I truly don't want to give up! I'm telling myself that if I stick to 1500 calories and concentrate on exercising more then I will see results. I'm feeling more confident too and making more of an effort to dress well. Also noticing that I'm thinking about other goals in my life. Thanks for your faith agiggles!!

The Scale might not be showing weight loss but how do you feel besides that. Are you making progress? Are you working towards your goals still? You may have lost inches instead of pounds so far not sure. The big thing is to not give up. That would be like telling my children if you don't succeed it fine just to give up. No you work until you do succeed. I have faith that you will do it.
I've kept counting calories, but have made no change on the scale this morning! And into phase two, so need to start measuring my portions - a little nervous about that. (I guess I know my portion sizes are not correct, don't want to face that particular monster just yet). Portion sized my breakfast. Now for lunch. Hoping to keep focussed even though I haven't lost anything.
