I have a weight bench, other free weights, stability ball, resistance band, DVD's/videos,(On demand exercise TV, too) and a jumprope that I need to use more.
I would love to have an aerobic step. I don't have room for a treadmill. emoticon

the only thing I have that I would even consider close to exercise equipment would be the wii

I have a treadmill, which I use 5 to 6 days a week, I have an aerobic step, weights, balls, and tons of exercise dvds. I use all except the ball....don't quite understand the purpose for that

Let's talk about fitness equipment! What do you own,and what would you like to own? Do you actually use what you already have?


I have a weighted hula hoop, a Wii Fit, hand weights, stability ball and an aerobic step. I go to Curves 5 times a week but I also try to work out at home. I use my Wii Fit at least 3 days a week, and one of the workout "games" that I have is My Fitness Coach, which incorporates the hand weights, stability ball and aerobic step. I don't use the weighted hula hoop too much because it makes me feel bruised, lol. I wish I had a treadmill, I would use that every day while watching TV if I had one!
