An NTC workout. I'm very irritated with myself. I used to really shoot for the 2k minutes of fitness a month. Now I'm lucky if I hit 500. It's just that I have no time in the morning to get all of my stuff done and I'm already getting up at 5:30am. But when I get home from work I just have no strength to work out because I'm so exhausted. It's been like this since I started at this branch in early September, every day I come home tired. I actually started using a pedometer to see how many steps I take a day to gauge exactly why my feet hurt and I'm so tired every day. I walk between 12000 and 18000 steps a day! I was so surprised and yet at the same time I wasn't because there had to be an explanation as to why I was so exhausted. So I'm keeping track of that but I'm not listing it as a workout. I'm only listing whatever I can get done in the mornings but that still bothers me because I'm not even at 500 minutes and November's already 2/3 gone!

Some Insanity video, lol! The mid-workout one. I did 25 minutes which was the cardio part of it because I just don't have the 40 minutes needed to do the whole thing. Not lately anyways. Once I get into a regular schedule at the branch I'll be able to fit longer workouts.
