Here's another one - Trader Joe's Cioppino. Absolutely delicious and only 170 calories per serving. It is chock full of seafood - scallops, cod, shrimp, mussels, halibut - in a savory (and I mean delicious) tomato-based sauce. I'll get this one again!

Thanks for posting this. We made a TJ run over the weekend & I picked up a bag. Since I have 2 little ones, I wasn't sure they'd like the scallops, so added one of their favorites, shrimp. (along w/more mushrooms & peas & a bit of chicken broth) & served over brown rice. YUM!!

I discovered these a few months ago, when they were giving out samples in the store. I'm addicted now & I always keep a bag in the freezer. I like to add them to rice & veggie broth with more frozen peas to make a kind of scallop soup. YUM!!!
When I was checking out at TJ's with my bag of "Saucy Scallops with Mushrooms" (frozen), the cashier told me this was the "best thing in the store". I made it last night - delish! In addition to the mushrooms, it has green peas in a light Emmental sauce. I served it over a 1/2 cup of TJ's organic brown rice with a salad... great meal! A serving is only 150 calories. As a Cape Codder, I was all set to be unimpressed with the scallops; but they were extremely tender and flavorful. Just as good as what I could get at the fish market in season. I'll definitely be getting this again!
