I buy Trader Joe's High Fiber Fruit & Nut Medley and Kashi Go Lean ($.20 cheaper than at Stop 'n Shop), mix them in equal parts, and eat a cup (138 calories) for breakfast each day with half a cup of fresh berries on top and half a cup of 1% milk. I also eat 1/4 cup of the mixture dry when I have the urge for a low cal snack.

I love the Vanilla High Fiber you mentioned and thank you for the info--I wondered why I couldn't find it anymore. I love the High Fiber cereal. It is probably my favorite. I like their version of Cheerios as well.
Also love the Barbara's cereals but I don't buy them as often. My son goes thru them in a flash.
I should mention that I have a food allergy so I am very limited in which ones I can eat.

My favorite is one that got me started eating cereal in the morning (prior to that, I was a coffee only person). It was Vanilla & Almond High Fiber and had strands of whole grain fiber stuff, pieces of nuts, and a French vanilla flavor that wasn't too sweet. Unfortunately, as soon as I got hooked on it I found it was only available at certain times of the year and would be absent for the next 9 months. I went to Kashi Strawberry Field mixed with an equal part of TJ's plain High Fiber cereal - calories come in at about 100/cup. I also like Barbara's Peanut Butter Puffins which is gluten free and also 100 cals.

I haven't tried any of them yet. I attempting to teach my hubby that any food can be breakfast food, so we are staying away from cereal in the morning. I do sometimes have cereal as a night snack. Thanks for asking. Happy Halloween.

I was at TJ's today and had a hard time deciding which cereal to buy. I've never tried any of their cereals. DH and I settled on "Organic Honey Crunch 'N Oats," which I'm assuming is like Honey Bunches of Oats. I almost bought some chocolate puffy-type cereal but it contained 20g of sugar! Ouch! Anway...if you have a favorite TJ's cereal, please share!
