I am so sorry that I haven't been around for this team that I started and I'm very sorry for the fact that I have neglected and ignored my own advice. To take things bit by bit and conquer one thing at a time. I need to stop getting so excited about what I'm started and change too many things at one time. I need to take a week to journal my life. All the things that make me happy, sad, angry, anxious, etc. Then I need to include my schedule, my eating habits, the time I spend watching tv or just laying around and pick ONE area and change it. After the week I'm going to little by little change the things in my life that will lead to the path of a new way of living healthier and happier and being a better role model for my daughter, husband and all of you! Thank you for listening and I hope to hear from all of you soon!
