This is a challenge to spend 90 days making better fitness habits for ourselves.
The challenge is to log your food, hydrate, move your body and acknowledge what you are thankful/grateful for every day for 90 days. I think most of us really know what we need to do to get fit, we could just use friends to take the journey with us and prop us up when we forget our motivation. I hope this challenge can do that for a lot of people.
I'm bringing faith into this equation for myself, because I need a higher power to help me when I can't do it on my own. I know we won't all share the same faith, and I don't want anyone to feel like they can't join this group if that's not a large factor in their lives, you can still partake of the friendship and fellowship here regardless of your religious preferences, just be aware that I may write about my faith from time to time, and I hope that you all will think about something to be grateful for everyday and post it in your check in.
I'm going to throw my actual numbers out there (weight, clothes sizes, etc...), you certainly don't have to! I'm a daily weigher, that's not right for everyone, but I encourage each of you to get on the scale at the very least at the start of this challenge and again at the end. I think it's important to know where you are at the start. I'd love to see some 'Before' pics posted by members as well, I'll be posting mine!
Welcome to the 90 day challenge, at the end of the summer I think we'll all be more fit and hopefully we'll have made some new lifelong friends to go along with our new longlife habits.
