Hello and welcome! There's so much on Spark, it can be overwhelming... and a little intimidating too. But it's no problem, really. This website is very easy to use - just take your time, be adventurous and check it out. There's no pressure or expectation to get everything set up and started immediately.
You've already made a good start just by setting up your Sparkpage. That makes communication much easier, especially with your teammates. Update it and make as many changes as you'd like - that's fun too! The best thing about Spark is that you can do as little or as much as you want, on any given day. YOU are in charge!
The best way to start using the Spark tools and resources is to do the Stages. There's information on your Start page, towards the bottom on the left, about how to do this. The first is "Fast Break." As you read through this stage, and indeed on Spark overall, you'll see the emphasis is on making simple changes gradually, building healthier habits to last your whole life long.
The suggestion to go to your "Start" page and work your way through the different sections is a good one. Feel free to check out the different parts of Spark, and experiment - you can't get "lost." The tabs, drop-down menus, and links across the top of the webpage, and down the right side as well, stay the same with each "click" and frame the content.
It's easy to get back to a starting point of your choice; for example, I use “View SparkPoints” as my base of operations. No matter where I am on the website, I can get back to basics by clicking on that link. The list of Sparkpoints is also an excellent way to explore the website, and learn about the different things to do.
