Hi! I'm Lee. I'm a 66 year old married male, living in New Hampshire, and I'm scheduled for rotator cuff and bicep tendon repair on my right shoulder/arm, Friday.
The surgery does not concern me as much as the "dent" in my conditioning and nutrition programs.
Found out 'bout youz guyz, today.

May the fork (and tracker) be with you!
Wow, so long ago!
I realized recently that all my exercise might be paying off as far as my rotators are concerned. I have been lifting weights--very small ones--regularly for months and I realized that my shoulders have been feeling pretty good. I am thrilled.
