I wasn't sure where to post this. I'm trying to figure out if I should be on this team, since I know I won't do the videos regularly. I have my own fitness plan that I'm working to. So, I just wanted to put that out there to see how rigid the team is with the activities.
That said, I tried out another Zumba class last night. Per usual, I sweated my tail off. I swear, if I even think about strenuous activity, I start sweating! Worse yet, my sweat zone is my head! My hair gets soaked so quickly, I'm actually a little self conscious of it because when the lights were up, I saw that I was making little puddles at my feet. Oh well! My Zumba neighbors will just have to watch out while I do my best not to splash!
As for the class, it was a little too much Latin for me. I know it's Zumba, right? But I kinda like the hip hop mixed in there. The technical dance bores me. I just like to get jiggy. So, I'll keep looking for instructors and classes.
I'm strength training at home today. Maybe I'll do a few of the bootcamp videos when I'm finished. I did a few of the videos earlier this year. Are they considered cardio or strength? Or are they a mix?
