I agree with the goals I would also like to add that we should try and track our meals at least twice a week. We will build up and add more days as we become familiar with the awesome site.
I also think it would be great to check in at least three times a week to let others know how things are going. I would like if we could become a wonderful support group.

I think our weekly goal this week should be to work out three days a week, there is no set amont of time to work out because everything ones tolerance and endurance levels are different. Drink as much water as we can and eat as healthy as we can.

This week we will focus on drinking 35 glasses of water instead of 56. We are suppose to drink 8 glasses of water a day for a total of 56 for the week. If we drink 35 glasses a week, we will be drinking 5 glasses of water a day. I am one of those people that only really like to drink water at night, but sodas during the day. I want to make a change and make it now. I would like to start on Sunday or Monday.

What do you think about this idea? What ideas or recommendations do you have that you think will help us?
