Awesome goals!

FEEL and breathe for 1 minute (or more) 1x a day
Explore my feelings in writing (blog, journal, message boards, etc.) 3x a week
Consciously savor one simple pleasure 1x a day
Feel physical hunger 2x a day

I forget to really breath in -- I usually take little shallow breaths.
Although I think I eat for many different reasons, it is really only one -- to release anxiety due to many different reasons. Now I remember I was working on reflecting daily to see how I could have done better.
I am trying to savor each meal but habits are hard to break and I easily go back to mindlessly eating with my mind either in the future or in the past.
I have always eaten 3 or 4 times a day so I do not know what physical hunger is. Last year I had a colonoscopy and had to fast for two days. I didn't think I could do it but I did it quite easily. Funny what one can do when one sets one mind to something.

My problem is I easily lose focus and revert back to my old habits (invisible masters).

I am in for these goals. Where do we post how we did?

Well, maybe we could add one a month, but leave the "old" ones up so people new to the team can do them too?

What do you all think?

OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. Cathy, I'm LOVING your ideas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you think we should pick one for each month and work on it together as a team, or put them all at once?

Hey everyone, what do you think about setting a few team goals? Here are a few of my personal goals that might get discussion started:

FEEL and breathe for 1 minute (or more) 1x a day
Explore my feelings in writing (blog, journal, message boards, etc.) 3x a week
Consciously savor one simple pleasure 1x a day
Feel physical hunger 2x a day

It is hard to sum up what we're trying to do in short goals, and everyone is on their own path, so maybe it isn't even possible to set goals that would be helpful to everyone. These are just points for discussion - my feelings will not be hurt if this is not something the team wants to do right now LOL! :-)
