This week has been a roller coaster for me diet wise. I've been swinging form intense cravings for junk food to bouts of nausea. And no, I'm not pregnant! I saw my Dr. yesterday and he thinks I've caught the virus thats been going around work and having my period at the same time has made the symptoms more extreme.
I'm so thankful that I batch-cooked a bunch of chicken last weekend. I have not felt like cooking all week!
M1 - egg whites w/ 1T jam + toast w/ butter
M2 - green smoothie
M3 - 100g chicken breast + 1/2c rice + 1c kale
M4 - turkey muffins
M5 - not sure yet... friends might be coming over for a BBQ...hopefully I'll have steak :)
Today, I compare myself to one other person: me yesterday.
