I use both unsweetened almond milk and full fat coconut milk, just depends on what I'm using it for. Yumm!

I've been fluctuating around the same alb for the past few month too. Time for that to change!
We went to the pub across the street with friends for dinner last night. They are famous for their hotdogs - so good! Whenever I don't want to cook hubs want to go there and being right across the street! I try to keep it to every few months, seem more special that way.
After our meal hubs order the classic cheesecake for dessert, and my friends ordered the chocolate cheesecake. I've had the chocolate one before - heaven! But I know one bit would set my stomach off - I can't tolerate even a little dairy anymore. Apple pie was also on the menu. I felt a moment of temptation, but too a deep breath and thought it through. I was already full and though I had no guilt about my hot dog as a cheat meal I knew I would regret the pie. I'm counting this as a success!

This week has been a roller coaster for me diet wise. I've been swinging form intense cravings for junk food to bouts of nausea. And no, I'm not pregnant! I saw my Dr. yesterday and he thinks I've caught the virus thats been going around work and having my period at the same time has made the symptoms more extreme.
I'm so thankful that I batch-cooked a bunch of chicken last weekend. I have not felt like cooking all week!
M1 - egg whites w/ 1T jam + toast w/ butter M2 - green smoothie M3 - 100g chicken breast + 1/2c rice + 1c kale M4 - turkey muffins M5 - not sure yet... friends might be coming over for a BBQ...hopefully I'll have steak :)

After a weekend of gluttony I have been rocking the week. Breakfast was 2 whites, a whole egg, spinach, zucchini and asparagus with fresh grated parmesan. and a protein shake
Snack Almonds and homemade beef jerky
Lunch leftover sweet chilli pork stir fry
Dinner taco salad with ground turkey and no taco :)
