It is interval weights and calesthenics on floor and standing. It is one of the harder ones in my mind at least of this set of 10 or so DVDs, very good though, it is my favorite other than the Ultimate Ball one.
It is easier on your body than Insanity and shorter than the Tony Horton set (P90X). All these are 30 minutes or thereabouts which is really nice, still incredible workout. Just do it!

It is what I do from this minute on that decides the future and my progress. Concentrate on little steps forward and don't focus on the backward ones. Keep going forward and looking up! WE have been there, WE all can do this!
