Well, I was thin to begin with, but sort of flabby, like "skinny fat". So I didn't focus on weight, and I foolishly didn't take my inches at the beginning!
But I have received a lot more definition, especially in my biceps/shoulder area. My stomach has gotten flatter and a bit more defined, and I notice muscles in my back and legs area that I never had before! Basically, I noticed change everywhere.
My stats at the moment are: 5'7, 115 pounds
Bust: 30 inches (I have VERY small breasts :P) Waist: 26.5 inches Stomach: 31 inches Hips: 34.5 inches
I am actually trying to gain a bit of weight, mostly in muscle, because I don't want to get too skinny. And with these intense workouts, it's easy to lose weight without trying!

Congratulations! Do you mind if I ask for more details on your results after 90 days (pounds lost, inches lost if you took measurements, strength changes, etc.)? I am on day #19 and have a ways to go, just wanted to know what I might expect over the next 70 or so days!

Just wanted to post that I completed the 90 days of Supreme 90 Day. :D It feels REALLY good, and I'm happy with the results. I'll be starting a second round of it, while including some P90X DVDs to change things up.
