My LEAST favourite I think is one of the back ones, it just is a little draggy, but I still do it. Cardio would be next on the least list. I hate doing the Plyo one but I like to work hard so it is not one I do a ton (46 year old joints!) but I like it after I finish it.
Ultimate Ball is my favourite, but I am amazed that I am sore after EVERY time that I do the LEGS workout so that is getting to be my second favourite...plus it is a little shorter but still a killer.
I blab alot, but overall I Love the series.

It is what I do from this minute on that decides the future and my progress. Concentrate on little steps forward and don't focus on the backward ones. Keep going forward and looking up! WE have been there, WE all can do this!
