Tabata Inferno for sure was my least fav.... I love the ball workout.... I did all the falling and rolling off at first but its amazing to see yourself actually do a pike after trying repeatedly for several weeks to even get the motion right...
I am not going to lie, I am somewhat terrified of Tabata Inferno.
Today is my first day challenging thru it on the meal plan. I am starting over..again..with the meal plan this time and though it is only Day 4, I have to say my energy is much better with it. Hopefully will see some changes going thru Inferno today.
Last time I did the worlout I hated Tabata. Couldn't do the whole video. My fav however was the Ball. I learned that if you air the ball up REALLY good the moves are so much easier to do. Once again this was the last time I did the workouts which has been some time. I restart Monday :^)

My LEAST favourite I think is one of the back ones, it just is a little draggy, but I still do it. Cardio would be next on the least list. I hate doing the Plyo one but I like to work hard so it is not one I do a ton (46 year old joints!) but I like it after I finish it.
Ultimate Ball is my favourite, but I am amazed that I am sore after EVERY time that I do the LEGS workout so that is getting to be my second favourite...plus it is a little shorter but still a killer.
I blab alot, but overall I Love the series.

It is what I do from this minute on that decides the future and my progress. Concentrate on little steps forward and don't focus on the backward ones. Keep going forward and looking up! WE have been there, WE all can do this!
Tabata Inferno -- no matter how much I try, I can't get used to it. At first it was both Tabata Inferno and Ultimate Ball, but when I finally was able to balance on the ball it became one of my favorites. Tomorrow will be day 90 for me! I lost 15 pounds, but that's because I didn't get serious about the eating part until mid way through. One thing for sure, I got really toned up from the program! After tomorrow I'm going to use the DVD's as my regular workout, but in my own order. I really love them!
