Your post inspired to give the meal plan some effort and I have to say, it is only Day 4 and my energy level is completely different especially thru the workouts.
I was trying to incorporate green drinks and eating clean on my own and stick within my SP calories but I was cranky and practically lethargic and weak mid-day. Although I love the work outs when I'm done (teehee) I was also procrastinating, knowing it was going to blow my energy level for the day.
I wish I stuck with meal plan the first time.
Does anyone know how "treat day" works?
