After taking a fall on the ice I've been "off" for a little over 2 weeks. Back at it today. Not quite as heavy with NO planks yet. But I'm again working towards 90!

Hi everyone

Congrats Shirley on the suit. emoticon

I also need to shake things up as I tend to get bored. But right now I am healing from a fall on the ice and sprain wrist and elbow. No planks for me. So I've been relying on my tread mill and modified Supreme 90 exercises that don't include lifting weights or using my left arm too much. But amazing crunches on the ball with weights. I can now do 50 and I owe it to Supreme 90!

In addition to doing Supreme 90 this month, I'm also following the calendar of exercises set up at the Crafts n Fitness blog using Youtube videos by Jessica Smith. The combination of the two have really let me feel muscles being worked.

Day 47 - got into a suit that I haven't been able to in nearly 3 years!! However, the scale doesn't move. Goes to show you that numbers aren't everything.

shoulder arms:
#5 wts for: tricep kickback, lateral raises, shoulder fly and 21's
#15 wts for overheat tricep
#10 for the rest

I use 8# weights for almost everything except when I know that I'm beat. Usually by the 3rd rep I am down to 5# and sometimes still challenged. I am hoping that I can get to 10# by day 70. How are things going for you?

I did get going again last night with shoulders and arms. I had to check myself as I almost didn't workout until I remembered that I said on here that I would do day 5. It got me going. I guess this board can get me motivated! Surprise Surprise!

I can relate. My legs were screaming after day 4 so had to take a couple days off. Could hardly walk! Starting back tonight with day 5. Looking forward to it!

I love the Ultimate Ball DVD best but am thrilled with the whole series. Total body and cardio challenge are next favorites as I tend to do all these three more than the straight body part ones. I did Core Dynamics this morning and it is a handy one as it is super quick if I get up 10 minutes too late to fit a full one in.

It is what I do from this minute on that decides the future and my progress. Concentrate on little steps forward and don't focus on the backward ones. Keep going forward and looking up! WE have been there, WE all can do this!

I loved the Back/Bicep workout. Now the Chest/Shoulders/Tricep one was tough. I'm still feeling that workout. Today was a rest day so I did Walk Away The Pounds dvd and took a walk with Hubby. Tomorrow is Legs for me.

I did the cardio challenge today....it was hard but not near as bad as the Tabata Inferno.

Today is day five for me! These work outs are hard but fun! You should have seen me trying to do the ball workout...LOL! I was so falling all over the place. And the Tabata Inferno was really hard but I got through it. So, where is everyone body at? I guess the team isn't a very busy group huh?

day 7&8
I missed my leg workout yesterday. I wanted to go to the gym and do legs, but the kiddos woke up before I could get out the door. and I didnt have time the rest of the day. So I did legs chest and back today. I thought since I lift heavy at the gym i would need a heavy set of weights for legs...NOPE! Holy Moly! 10 pounds was crazy enough for me and I'm gonna be feeling it tomorrow.
But I upped my weights for Chest a little and was able to do a little bit more on chest and back than last week which i am glad for. And I KNOW i'm gonna be so sore tomorrow! But its all worth it!

HI MISTY, GOOD JOB ON THE SPIKE ON THE BALL, IT TOOK ME A LONG TIME TO GET IT DOWN WITH OUT KILLING MY FACE-- THE NOSE AND FLOOR DON'T GET ALONG TOO WELL, I CAN DO PIKE PUSH UP ON THE BENCH BUT CAN NOT GET THE BALL ROLLOUT PART OF THE PIKE. WELL, I CAN , BUT IT LOOK FUNNY AND I HAD TO GO OUT AND GET A NEW BALL AS WELL. I FINALLY GOT IT BUT OH MAN, I AM GONNA START WEARING A CATCHER MASK TO PROTECT MY FACE FROM THE FLOOR.
I GOT A LOT OF FLOOR BURNS ON MY ELBOW FROM PLANKS BUT I LOVE IT RESULT. I THINK ELBOW PAD WILL FIX THIS. ANYWAY, GOOD JOB AND KEEP US POSTED HOW YOU ARE DOING.

I did legs for the first time yesterday.
My God! Is anyone else really sore?I did`nt get this sore from P90X legs and it`s almost an hour long.Thank God I did`nt use weights with most of the moves.

Love is`nt something you wait for or something that comes to you from elsewhere,but rather that it`s a behavior,a way of being in the world.

am finally able to do pikes on the ball...i took pics of myself with the timing feature on my camera today (i know BIG dork) to see if i was doing them right...and...I AM!!!!!!! woo hoo!

I didn't buy my set in a store but I still had to do the mail in rebate to get my abs dvd..I had the site for the abs workout but I threw it away after I ordered my ab workout sorry....doesn't it come with your set? emoticon

Hello!

I was just wondering for those of you who bought supreme 90 in a store..Did you do the mail in thing to get the ab workout? I was thinking about doing it online but didn't have the website. Does anyone have it?

Clean Up Baked Goods. Eating clean doesn’t mean depriving yourself of baked goods. It just means choosing healthier ingredients. There are many healthy flours on the market to choose from, meaning you don’t have to use white flour. I personally do in some of my baked goods because I do find that using only wheat flour makes baked goods really “heavy.” However, substituting 1/2 or 3/4 of white flour for wheat flour or a healthier flour is a step in the right direction. Opting for natural sweeteners is another way to clean up baked goods.

ok - have watched 3 dvds - and I'm excited to get started! Today I'm going to play with the 1st dvd - no weights though.
Will be exciting to see how much changes if I can do this for 90 days - not just physically observable changes - but also ability/agility changes!! :-)
Wow - you all who have been exercising all along - you should be in great shape for this! I figure I won't even look like I'm doing anything until the 90 days are past! LOL!! ;-) That's ok - it's still motivating!
