This plan was developed by the people at Health. They have two books available & an online site

The simple basis to the plan is to learn how to balance eating the carbs you love in your diet. By getting the best carbs for you that will help keep you feeling full and energized for your entire day, along with helping you lose weight!

There are 3 parts to this plan:
1 - 7-day Kickstart
2 - 21 Day Immersion Plan
3 - Carb Lovers for Life

Through out all of these steps you will learn how to follow the simple process of having at least 1 "Perfect" meal a day which consists of:

1 lean meat + 1 resistant starch + 1 fruit/veggie + 1 metabolism booster

and how to incorporate the following into your daily diet:

10 grams of resistant starch
25-30 grams of fiber
5-9 fruits/veggies
3 whole grains

all which will help you feel full quicker, and longer. In turn you will have more energy, feel the need to eat less, and lose weight.
