emoticon Greta! Some days that can be a major accomplishment!
Today my mother's pomeranian jumped over the fence around where the garden is in the backyard while chasing a squirrel, then couldn't figure out how to get back over it. My big exercise was taking my walker in the 2 feet of old frozen iced over snow to the back of the yard without falling ( it was more like lift the walker, crunch thru the snow,wobble a little, then step, lift and crunch and wobble and step - I'm sure it was humorous to them if any neighbors were watching); to rescue the dog. Hopefully, he learned his lesson... not something I want to do again - seemed like it took me forever!!! emoticon

I did a 2 mile walk. Was just too tired to go any further because I walked at the mall yesterday too.

Plug back in to SP. My internet service has been piteous for several months and I've been too backed up at work to spark. My weight is up about 6 pounds as a result so I'm pushing the work off to the side and taking my assigned breaks, and lunch. It's an amazing thing but when you have to track it, you don't eat as much! LOL
