Revamped my spark page from its 2012 avtar to the 2014 avtar! :-) The Spark community helps me stay on track and so this was a long pending item on my 'to do' list!

I've decided to cut my Stationary biking of 40 mins into half and will add on 20 mins of dancing for today to make it more fun! :-) :-) :-)

Today I've decided to absolutely abstain from all sweet treats that I sneak in because I feel I've been good for 2 months and followed my plans of exercising and eating healthier. I almost feel like i deserve the sweet treats for my good behaviour. So NO MORE!! Now its time to take the next step and commit to holding back on the few sweets that I did indulge in upto now.

Its rest day today so no exercise. Resting helps me stay on track too! I also cooked 2 healthy dishes today :-)

I walked 1.38 miles during my lunch time. While I use a FITBIT, my trainer recommended that I try the NIKE running app. It doesn't matter if your walking and not running. But it shows where you walked, how long it took you. So it was neat to see. It was nice to get out at lunch time.

I walked to the grocery store and back. I chose the longer way and already have my 10 000 steps in! I'm glad I am able to walk this much again.
