I had a binge on ice cream tonight but i tracked the 700 calories in my food tracker and am not going to let it ruin the rest of my day. Will continue with eating healthier. I have always just given up and splurged the rest of the day out of guilt and since i am just starting my weight loss journey this is a big deal if i can not let it ruin the rest if my day. :)

.... walking my rent check down to the office instead of driving... made it a power walk... round trip 7 minutes... I wanted to walk further... but I don't live in a "moonlight walk" kind of neighborhood... disappointed that I couldn't go further... proud that I am disappointed...

staying in my calorie range while fitting in a cadbury creme egg! I had one the other day and only ate the one and savored it and did it again today...normally I would eat at least 3 or more! Now I feel like I can have one, really take the time to enjoy it and taste it and be satisfied with just having one.

Tracking my food today. I went to Red Lobster for lunch. Found out that overall, I ate pretty healthy. Need to stick to a smaller dinner tonight though. I can do this!

Went to the gym today... started walking the tred mill... realized I forgot to change my shoes (wearing crocs... sneakers in the truck)... decided to leave... and return tomorrow. Started the truck... (remote)... saw my sneakers... changed my sneakers... turned off the truck... went back into the gym... worked out for 45 minutes...
