I am proud of eating fresh fruit and vegetables today. I LOVE them and hate to admit I forget to eat as many as 5 every day. I'm working on healing my liver in 2013 so that is another reason I want to eat more of my fresh raw veggies. emoticon and HAVE A GREAT DAY!!

I said no to another piece of pizza when I knew my head said yes when it was offered to me but I was full. It was just the taste I wanted and my son reached for it...I realized how strong of a desire it was wanting more but said no you can have it :) I also did not indulge overly in fudge today like I could have.....It is a small baby step I will accept it as my victory today.

Reading the labels. I did great tonight and stayed well within my range. For dinner tonight I had 2 Oscar Mayer fat free hot dogs, 2 slices of Sara Lee's delightful multi grain bread with mustard, and 2 cups of carrots and onions cooked. All of that for a total of 262 calories! I still have my snack for tonight and I did great for breakfast and lunch. I can't believe I actually stayed within my Carbs, Calories, Protein and especially fat counts today.

Despite how hungry I was when we went to a buffet I ate like I was in a restuarant with portion control and not a buffet. But have to confess that I did cotton candy but did not eat it all. Have to confess again I couldn't eat it because the heating light made it to tough to bite much less chew

TOADY I AM PROUD OF GETTING THROUGH MY LOW BLOOD SUGAR SCARE WITHOUT HAVING TO CALL THE DR. - I HANDLED IT ALONE (BUT WOULD HAVE CALLED IF IT HADN'T CHANGED) IT TOOK 4 1/2 HOURS TO GET IT UNDER CONTROL AND I WAS SO TIRED. THEN I HAD LAUNDRY AND ALL THE CLEAN UP FROM THE PARTY I CATERED YESTERDAY. AND! I HAVE A GREAT GERMAN SUPPER IN THE OVEN. I DON'T DO GERMAN OFTEN BUT DH LOVES IT AND I AM TRYING TO TEMPT HIM TO EAT SOMETHING. IF THIS DOESN'T WORK, I GIVE UP.

I am starting to climb out from this fog I have been buried under for the last
4 years. emoticon

Friday I started cleaning the dining room. I cleaned for 4 hours and burned (2538) calories. Saturday I worked for a total of 9 hours and burned (5710)...... emoticon

I think I hurt my arm from patting myself on the back so much! emoticon

I stayed withing my calorie range yesterday, and managed to get in some fruits and veggies too emoticon

The way to go was to pattybcrn (and of course to anyone else posting here!)

I finally got back to moving today swim 10 walk 23!

I cooked a very healthy supper for my family and made sure I ate at regular intervals.

Completed day 2 video for Spring Boot Camp Challenge. Also, did another 30 min. on treadmill for day 15 of my fitness streak.

just did 5 consecutive minutes on the eliptical! Coming from gasping for air after 1 minute last week - I'd say thats pretty good for me!
