Everyone is responsible for their own dinner and drinks at the Guesthouse AFTER the rally, but food and drinks will be provided at the rally. We are also providing the private banquet room for the dinner party, as well. There is limited seating so please RSVP by sparkmailing ~Indygirl.

Don Halls Guest House is the official hotel and dinner party place because for $79 a night for single occupancy and $89 for double occupancy, we would get a night's stay and a free breakfast buffet and a dinner buffet WITH an pool and a hot tub and a full gym. If you consider the amount you would spend on food and a hotel alone, the guesthouse is a very good value. It is also a gorgeous hotel with much ornate woodwork. beveled glass and physical beauty.

Using DONATE on the EARPS.ORG website to donate toward the rally will give you an immediate receipt. RSVPS are $12.50 each or 2 for $21.00 You will receive tickets and a tax deductible receipt by mail.

EARPS is sponsoring this event.

Money in excess of rally expenditures will be going to the not for profit organization EARPS, Exotic Animal Rescue and Pet Sanctuary. EARPS rescues exotic animals, gives them needed medical treatment, fosters them and finds them forever homes. It is non profit 501c3 certified, so your ticket price and any donations will be tax deductible.

If you decide to donate more because you personally want to do so, still remember to put Spark Rally in your memo portion.

All RSVPs are final and non refundable, but you can sell/ give them to another member. Just notify me of any changes by Sparkmail. I can always get information for you if you need it.

How well are these places reachable from an international airport?
Thanks for the info.
I am considering 2012. Am starting to raise funds to be able to come over. Would love to meet a few sparkers in real life.
A guesthouse sounds perfect for me since I will travel low budget.
All the info is welcome.
