Mine are to practice YOGA daily as I'm 63 and have GOUT, so I don't like the "flair" problem I have. Have to do something SERIOUS about this in 2013.
I hope you all had a great Christmas!! Another year is ending and a fresh start is right around the corner. I love the beginning of the New Year. It's a great time to reflect and look back and see how things are working for you. It's almost like having a blank slate where you can start over and have no regrets over the past because you have this whole year ahead of you to make so many positive changes.
What are some your resolutions this year? Lose weight? Get out of debt? Get organized? Anything is possible as long you put your mind to it!!
