The workouts are made to really make your own, so feel free to adjust to how this works for you. If 2 days is what you can fit, then start there. Now, for flexibility's sake, I would suggest not going less than 2 days in between workouts. That will kick you up to 3 a week, but that shouldn't be too bad. Energy! and Fat Burner are great to start with and they are only 27-35 minutes a piece.
You are right, and will get good cardio out of YRG if you are engaging right, so you can throw these in every day or every other day depending on how the rest of your workout goes. I primarily do YRG and some treadmill, with a little Bob Harper cardio thrown in for good measure. I try not to go more than a day between workouts, but when I first started I was going every day, and the workouts allow your body to keep up with that pace.
