That's great info YRGRegularGuy. I have a feeling (just a feeling) that once I start doing the workouts, I will want to do more. OF course, gotta keep up the cardio. Still, I'm really excited by some of the videos I've seen. There are muscular men bigger than me who can do poses that I can't even get close to!!! And the lady who lost over 100 pounds along with Arthur are just SO inspiring! I can't wait to see what the practice will bring.

The workouts are made to really make your own, so feel free to adjust to how this works for you. If 2 days is what you can fit, then start there. Now, for flexibility's sake, I would suggest not going less than 2 days in between workouts. That will kick you up to 3 a week, but that shouldn't be too bad. Energy! and Fat Burner are great to start with and they are only 27-35 minutes a piece.
You are right, and will get good cardio out of YRG if you are engaging right, so you can throw these in every day or every other day depending on how the rest of your workout goes. I primarily do YRG and some treadmill, with a little Bob Harper cardio thrown in for good measure. I try not to go more than a day between workouts, but when I first started I was going every day, and the workouts allow your body to keep up with that pace.

Hey, I just ordered the new YRG set (I have one of his first videos but it's different from the new set DDP made) and I have a question for you. How many days per week are you supposed to do these videos? I do cardio on my days off but plan to use these for my primary strength workouts (with, of course, the bonus cardio that comes along with the workout).
Would 2 days per week work? I'm worried about getting in enough cardio in 6 day per week workouts. Of course, I am a woman so I DO want to get lean and toned and get that fabulous "yoga butt/body" that I see these yogi women sporting in their tight yoga pants (which I'm sure you guys can appreciate)!!! Thanks.
