I use all one powder instead of a daily vitamin. I find it easier to take because you mix it in juice or milk and drink it.

I did as a kid and it helped. maybe I should look into it. I take metformin but my dr refuses to increase it above 500 mg so I am considering getting some supplements instead.

to help with insulin resistence and stuff

I was curious, what other pcosers use or find helpful.

right now I'm just taking vitamin D, around 10,000 iu everyday or everyother day. its what has helped me, thanks to god. before vitamin D, i didn't have the energy to exercise,

I was taking raw prenatal and b complex, but taking that many pills makes me sick.

am looking for some good alternatives.

any ideas?
