As we enter a new year, it's a good time to reflect back on where we've been and look forward to where we are going. Let's talk about what our goals are for the new year!
For me, I'm looking to continue on this journey I started in 2011. I added exercise into my life and I feel great. However, it's through reading "Made to Crave" that I've realized that I haven't dealt with my food issues at all. I also have recongized that I need to spend more time reading the Bible and in prayer.
So my goals for 2012 are:
1) Spend time with God every day
2) Find and follow a healthy eating plan.
Keep moving forward!
