1. Put exercise into my daily schedule. I am going to set an appointment to walk 15 minutes on my treadmill Monday- Friday for 10 AM.
2. I plan on working with a menu goal of 1600 calories per day. I will record what I consume and keep track of numbers like money in a bank.
3. I am going to buy myself at least 2 meal plates so I can fix in advance servings of food so when I don't feel like cooking, I have a plan to win over the temptation to participate in mindless eating.
4. I will continue to practice my discipline of Bible study and prayer. I will believe that things can and will change as I discipline my body and take better care of myself this year.

I shall take this mountain

Yeah! 2012!!

How are you all doing so far? Whatever your goals are, make them personal, make them something that God has placed on your heart to do - and ask for his help in achieving them!

2012 Goals:
1) Spend time reading Bible and talking to God.
2) Actually Find my "Want To"

I can do ALL things thru Christ who strengths me.

Nohing tastes as good as losing weight feels!

I am a VICTOR over food, not a VICTIM of food

As we enter a new year, it's a good time to reflect back on where we've been and look forward to where we are going. Let's talk about what our goals are for the new year!

For me, I'm looking to continue on this journey I started in 2011. I added exercise into my life and I feel great. However, it's through reading "Made to Crave" that I've realized that I haven't dealt with my food issues at all. I also have recongized that I need to spend more time reading the Bible and in prayer.

So my goals for 2012 are:
1) Spend time with God every day
2) Find and follow a healthy eating plan.

Keep moving forward!

I'm a new day rising, I'm a brand new sky to hang the stars upon tonight!
