As some of you may know, I'm also a member of Team Zombie!
Team Zombie is having a 28 Days Later Challenge.. to help us kick the habit of being sugar zombies!
Now everyone is invited to join Team Zombie if you'd like. If you'd rather not, no problem!
We can do our own 28 Days Later Challenge right here on the Rock'n'Roll Portland Half team.
Would anyone be interested in joining in and kicking sugar and sweeteners to the curb for the month of February?
Parameters are still being laid out (and there may be an allowance made for Valentine's Day) but I wanted to toss this out there to y'all to think about before the start on February 1st.
