Week 1 in this challenge was a bit rough as I tried to get into a stable routine. I was slowly getting discouraged. Thanks to everyone for their encouragement. I decided to do week 1 over again.

As it happens, my husband and I have been working out for the last two weeks together. I am happy that this has become one our quality time thing we do.

I have not weighed or measured myself instead using my clothes as a guide. Yeah, still have a ways to go until I am back comfortable in a size 14. I'm ok with that, I will get back into the size.
