I live alone and meal planning is always a challenge
Good luck! I'm in a similar situation, have a challenge to fulfill my husband whose been home for almost a month cooks all the time & I've told him so many times to let me do my own meals but he forgets. Fitness is improving but fatness is still the same and I'm finding it very hard to lose weight. Best of luck to you I'll be thinking of you & everyone else in the same boat.

Hi. I have been stuck for the last few months, but this should help keep me on track. I have no issues with the exercise, I am at the gym 3-4 days a week doing a mix of weight/resistance training and cardio activities. It's the eating that catches me all the time. I must grab some support and WILLPOWER from somewhere so I can finally be free of fat.
I am learning to use my measuring cups when eating to determine portion sizes, and I have told my hubby and kids no junk food in the house. I am horrible when it comes to pretzels and chocolate....
Starting today, boot camp. No bad foods, all the exercise with my trainer and beyond!
