Follow your instructions from PT. Right now this is the most important thing for you. Keep a meal plan and stay within your calorie range. Try to maintain the weight where you are at right now. You may be surprised, you may still lose a few pounds. It is surprising just how much stretching can benefit you.I know from experience when you are laid up and can,t exercise all you want to do is eat. That is why I'm struggling to lose weight. Just diagnosed with IT syndrome and bursitis of both hips. Working with a physical therapist twice a week but no exercise other than stretching. Watching what I eat But not losing anything. Can someone help me?
