No, there was a daily exercise video where Coach Nicole had 20 minutes of weight training where dumbells were needed..

Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!

Are weights in Week 4 - I haven't done a video yet with the weights for this Challenge. Maybe I missed that day?? I use 5 lbs weight most of the time for my regular strength training

3 lbs is a good place to start.I love Coach Nicoles 28 day bootcamp video. She is the best. Good Luck.

She tells you to use the weights that allow you to do 8-10 reps correctly.
It is different for every one depending on your strength
3 is a good place to start ...if it is too easy...go up if too hard go down

I started using the 28 day boot camp DVD she has us use weights but never tells us the weight of the Dumbbells what is a good weight to use or did I miss her telling us the amount of weight to use? thanks i have 3 pound weights that i can use.
