She tells you to use the weights that allow you to do 8-10 reps correctly. It is different for every one depending on your strength 3 is a good place to start ...if it is too easy...go up if too hard go down

I started using the 28 day boot camp DVD she has us use weights but never tells us the weight of the Dumbbells what is a good weight to use or did I miss her telling us the amount of weight to use? thanks i have 3 pound weights that i can use. thanks Fran
