I lost 1 lb. and 1.25 inches from my arms and thighs. I was not that strict on my diet and while I was losing up to 4 lbs. during this past month, I ended up only losing 1. I at least know now that I worked my butt off and I can't give that excuse anymore that I don't exercise enough. This is strictly healthy eating that I need to focus on now. I am thrilled that I completed it and didn't give up! Stay strong everyone!
I lost 4 pounds, 3/4 inch from my waist, 3/4 inch from my hips, and 1/2 inch from my thighs. Along with the exercise, I did track my food diligently and I know that made a difference. It's been 3 weeks since I finished bootcamp and I have continued to lose about a pound/week. It was helpful for getting into the habit of daily exercise and working all the muscle groups.
i now think my scale may not be accurate. i can look in the mirror and see that i am visibly smaller although not even the measuring tape seems to show those results. my thighs even though the same measurement at the fullest part of the thigh i am losing inches from my knees to that point. my clothes do fit better. i am back to doing biggest loser strength training exercises with weights and high low interval training on the treadmill

I lost 7 pounds 4 was in the first week!! i too was going for the inches and overall better strength! I didn't take my measurement s before, but I have most definaley lost a size. Many clothes that i had waiting to wear now fit. I am now in a 10 and a small or medium top!! I will continue on!!
this time around I am going for inches. my size 29 jeans are getting baggy. my size 28 are beginning to fit. my goal is to fit into a 25 miss me jean. i was size 27. i am more patient and doing quality workouts. i am finding alternative healthy treats instead of the high fat desserts. for example this am i had peanut butter banana ice cream made with 2 ingredients. i spinkled a tbsp of chocolate chips and walnuts on it. michelle obama stated you have to make good food choices 80% of the time. i'm doing revabs and i'm seeing results. i think i was turning into a cardio junky. not necessary to workout 80-120 min. in the past 5 yrs that i have kept the weight off i have gained 10 lbs once and 14 lbs once. i'm not going to do that any more. i have really seattled in to the thought process of this being a lifestyle change. but i will say no matter what your goals and when you have results it never seems like it happens fast enough. so i'm tryng to be easier on myself in my mind and listen to others tell me that i am looking better each time they see me. to everyone who is taking part in the health revolution, keep on keeping on.

I lost 5 lbs. with the challenge. My advice is to track your food, drink a lot of water, and just stick with the exercises and you will enjoy seeing the results! Can't wait to hear how much weight you will have lost at the end of your 4 weeks of this challenge! Good luck!
