The short video's are mostly strengthening videos. Go to the top of your spaek page and click on healthy lifestyles, follow down to videos and click on that. This will bring you to other videos. You have bootcamp ones and other cardio videos. Most of the videos are 10-12 minutes. I usually do 2-3 videos to get at least 30 minutes plus I also either walk or use my stationary bike.You can also repeat the videos to increase your time. Good luck.
