Oh I'm so glad to see how to restart the challenge! I too let 2012 just get away from me and joined the challenge but did nothing. Ready to make a change and be successful this year!

Restarting, gained back all the weight I lost while deployed in Kuwait and now I am so disgusted I am ready to make a change and lose the weight again and keep it off. Right now I'm at 145-146 and aiming for 125. The past month I've averaged working out 3 days a week and this week i started strong on Monday, the goal is to work out 6 days a week even if it a little something and make better eating choices. emoticon

I would love to get back to 173 lbs. and then to 150lbs. I have lost almost 5 lbs now. I am making changes. How much do you want to take off? I am doing the exercises everyday.

restarting this one. Cardio is under control, but need the strength and tone part. Weight loss without tone and muscle does not let me see progress w/o the scale!

Nothing works unless you do.

I, too, allowed myself to get distracted by unrelated stressors. All that's accomplished is making me feel even worse about myself, so my restart is coming next Monday. Today's a Wednesday, and I hate starting things in the middle of the week (it just doesn't feel right). My husband is my biggest deterrent, but all 4 of my kids are pushing me this time, and even said they want to join me, so I think I'll do just fine (LOL!!).

for me it is not so much what I eat, but how much exercise I do. When I am very active, I don't have to think about what I am eating as much.

I'm going to restart this for July.
I am going to work on my mindful eating and facing temptation. that is the hardest thing for me. in the past i have tried various exercise options an the help, but it always comes down to how much i eat.

I "started" 2 weeks ago by doing the Day 1, Week 1 video. Then I didn't do any other videos. They are so quick and easy to start, if not always easy to do! I've never really done exercise with videos before, so I just need to get used to it. And I'm lucky enough to have a laptop from work, so I can just bring it to whatever room is free in the house.
SO...instead of restarting my date, I just got fed up with my letting other people's schedules rule my life and made a weekly plan on the fridge for me and everyone to see. I just jump-started with Day 2 video yesterday, then got myself to go to the Y for Zumba today. Wow! I love that class. All body types doing whatever we can to keep moving. Just did Day 3 video and met my calorie goal for the first time in a long time.
I don't know if it matters that the Bootcamp Challenge thinks I'm in week 3, but I'm just going to keep plugging along....for me, and my partner, and my boys. emoticon

Wow, Cheryl! Congratulations!!!

Yeah, these challenges are pretty good. I was doing well in my first try until some unrelated difficulties got in my way. I didn't see significant changes in my figure, but I did FEEL significant changes in my energy level. That's why I want to try again.
