Good for you on completing 40 minutes of cardio and 2 workout videos.

I had a pinched nerve or muscle lock in my neck and shoulder. I guess the experts are serious when they say it is important to warm up before stretching.

Friday morning, I got right out of bed, started marching in place for approximately 2 minutes because I wanted to stretch. Well, when I started stretching . . .
