*LOL* I have to laugh to keep from crying sort of anyway.... I HURT each and every time I do that video even after 3 weeks, so as you see from the comments your are not the only one. I persist and even do other lower body or butt workouts. My husband says he is already seeing a difference and that is what I am wanting is change.
Butt blasters are very hard for me to do, almost impossible. But I will continue doing them because I can feel a positive difference in my lower back. Even though I hurt after doing them I am able to move better.
With a little bit of fairy dust,perseverance,and hard work I will keep my eyes on the GOAL to reach the prize-a NEW AND IMPROVED ME!

I love the butt blaster! It is a little challenging to me, but I love feeling the burn from the video, definetly one video I want to incorporate every day! Keep with it, and you will make it through the whole thing! We can do this!

When you do the side lifts try to imagine lifting the leg from underneath rather than from above try not to think of it as lifting try to think about it extending out to the side and see if that helps :) im a dance student and whenever i struggle in lifting my legs in any way i try to imagine extending and lifting from underneath as it doesnt hurt as much hope this helps :)

Am I the only one that get's their butt kicked (no pun intended) by the butt blaster video? It's those side lifts, aka "dog peeing on a fire hydrant" moves. Wow! I can barely make it through those. And forget about the kicks that come after that! I can maybe get 3 out!
