if those raisins (heard it through the grapevine commercial) can do it, you can too! .... or, you can be like the raisin in the back and just shuffle .... it's still moving ....
The cardio kickboxing video is doable, but I wish I could see a slow motion view of the grapevine. Maybe I should really do a google search on it and figure out how to do it. I have a limited side to side range where I put my laptop when I do the video and can't figure exactly what the grapevine is, so mainly just shuffle side to side.
Favorite... I always have to laugh when she says like a dog peeing on a fire hydrant, as Coach Nicole can't say it with a straight face anymore than I could. I find some of the videos hard, and not my favorite, but quite good. Probably the abs video is my least liked video, but mainly because it is hard!

the ones i dislike, i keep doing, in the hopes that i'll like them more once they are familiar and easier ..... i don't love the kickboxing one ... i feel goofier doing it than any others ... i'll try to think about my stress and maybe i'll like it more!
i'm loving these videos .... i try to do more than one a day now .... and i've branched out to some that aren't the seven in our spring series .....
what is your FAVORITE one? mine is day seven, upper body/arms .... i dashed out and bought a resistance band and have really liked working with it .....
i don't love the pilates abs one .... probably just because it is still so hard for me .... i found a beginner ab workout video that i try to do a couple times a week ... with a ball .... apparently i am especially fond of the gear!
