I tend to get into an exercise rut, so the videos have been great for shaking things up!

Kaizen, Japanese for "continuous improvement" or "change for the better," refers to philosophy or practices that focus upon continuous improvement of processes. Kaizen is a daily process of making changes and monitoring results, then adjusting as needed.

I go to the gym regularly, but the videos had exercises that I don't normally do, so I say they were a perfect addition to my regular routine. I will either continue to do these videos or try some new spark video. I love Coach Nicole. I also had streaming issues, but did the videos anyway.

I was frustrated by my computers download speed and pretty much gave up on them. When the streaming wasn't interrupted I loved them.

Really pleasantly surprised at how much I like the video section of the challenge. I can always manage to fit them in as they are only 6 - 10 minutes or so - so far! I track all my food anyway and do the cardio so this is really doable for me! Thanks SP!

I also was having a hard time getting to the strength traiing so this is wonderful that I can just click on that day's video and get it done in 10 minutes. I generally add in a few more exercises if it's on my M,W or F because those are my stregth traiing days so this is a real pep start for me! I had previously done some video's with the resistance band. I am so glad I joined this challenge though I was tentative about it. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

For the most part, I have been loving the challenge. There have been a couple of days that I had a hard time getting motivated, but once I get started, I always feel good!

I think they're great and plan on continuing to use them after the challenge is over. On my really hectic days when I just don't know how I'm going to find time to do any cardio, they have a 12 minute seated cardio video! I love it! Although it isn't much, I can at least feel like I did SOMETHING that day.

I enjoy the variation in the videos. they cover all body parts and are good for almost all experience/ability levels. SparkPeople has a really good listing of videos that cover different fitness disciplines.

I like joining challenges like this as it reminds me to take care of myself. As I have often been told in my life, THIS is your life, not a dress rehearsal. Sometimes as a wife and mother, I am too busy looking after others that I forget to do the same for me.

i LOVE, LOVE, LOVE spring into shape and the video exercises every day .... i'm better when i have a goal and i'm ticking things off as done ....

but the main reason i love this group is those videos ... i'd seen them on emails the whole time i've been on spark people but i had never tried one ... um, i thought they seemed too goofy .... sorry .... but, i did the 5k your way plan and realized i'm a direction following, goal oriented type, and wanted another program to follow .... so ... i tried the videos and have loved them ...

my two top reasons for loving them?
1) i do not have to be in work out clothes to do them ... skirts, jeans, no matter .. i just do them anyway ..
2) my little girl loves doing them with me .... yay!

do you love the spring into shape program? why?
